Square Enix’s Luminous Productions – the studio behind Final Fantasy XV – introduced Project Athia by way of Sony’s large PlayStation 5 presentation. In a brand new video, Luminous Productions briefly revealed the technical energy of their Luminous Engine’s open-world-editing capabilities. The footage showcases dynamic lighting, lush foliage, and glistening river water.
Written by Gary Whitta of Rogue One: A Star Wars Story fame, Project Athia follows the magical journey of a mysterious lady as she navigates the sprawling panorama and combats the wild fauna of a harmful planet.
