FIFA 21 Career Mode And Pro Club Saves Won’t Transfer To Next-Gen Consoles

If you have bought FIFA 21 on current-gen consoles and are planning to pump tons of hours into Career Mode, Pro Clubs, Online Seasons, and Co-Op Seasons, be forewarned: your saves will not switch to the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S.

In response to Eurogamer’s questions in regards to the causes behind this choice, FIFA Executive Producer Aaron McHardy acknowledged that the workforce selected to give attention to cross-generation enhancements slightly than enabling transferable saves for all the sport modes: “We decided that the time required to make all modes transferable was better used to build new features and improvements across the entire game, along with addressing feedback from our players.” McHardy would go on to clarify that server-based modes like Volta and Ultimate Team will switch over as a substitute.

We thought FIFA 21 was entertaining for probably the most half, however the fixed grind usually made development a slog. Check out our assessment right here.
